Here are a few files you will likely want to refer to numerous times. These are fairly indepth listings of descriptions of early Irish wear and jewelry, compiled by HL Ciard O'Seachnasaigh, a scribe of renown in the SCA Kingdom of Ansteorra.
She has been faithful to the descriptions as they were written, so don't let Victorian references to kilts or battle aprons throw you off. Most scholars agree that the 19th century attempts at justifying a medieval Irish kilt are actually references to the leine, ionar or the brat, depending on what is written.
Ciard has recorded these descriptions faithfully with no interpretation. That will be up to you, dear enthusiast.
